Easy Booking, Transparent Pricing
All bookings require a 50% deposit and a $200 security deposit at the time of signing. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Taxes (5% Tennessee occupancy + 8.5% sales) are additional.

The security deposit is fully refundable, provided all rules in the rental agreement are followed.
