A few of our favorite reviews:
Best location for spending time with our ASU student, enjoying the local restaurants, the campus and walking King Street. The house is all up to date, clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. Although it was a short stay, we loved having the full size fridge. Very comfortable bed, sofa, nice TV. We hope to stay here again.
My husband and I had a very good stay at your Appalachian house! Everything was clean and updated. We had all the amenities we needed. Loved the Decor and the convenience to walk downtown. Great Great value for the money! Thank you!
We were in Boone for my daughter’s graduation. We rented this house and the White Fence Farm house adjacent. You can walk to downtown, campus, and Earth Fare is 2 doors down. It fit our needs perfectly.
We lucked out on getting the Appalachian House for the Miami vs. App State game, and it was perfect! Plenty of space for two couples for a long weekend, and no need to drive anywhere. The owner of the house is responsive and helpful, and the house has everything you need. We will definitely be back!
