Getting There
White Fence Farm is located on the North Carolina/Tennessee state line, it’s just 14 miles from downtown Boone and one left turn off Highway 421 North. There’s nothing better than convenient, flat access in the mountains!
The Space
White Fence Farm is a rustic venue on over 100 private acres featuring a classic barn with bathrooms & shower, a quaint farmhouse, stunning views, hiking trails, seasonal wildflowers, large & flat grassy areas, a pond, fire pit, and stage for dancing and entertainment.
The farm is secluded, yet easy to access!
Pricing
Wedding / Event Venue Rate
50 people or less = $1600
51 to 100 people = $1800
101 to 150 people = $2000
Price goes up in $200 increments for every 50 people.
The Wedding / Event Venue Rate includes:
- One night stay in our 3 bedroom farmhouse.
- Full, private use of the entire 105 acres. Plus, there’s
- PLENTY of tent space for camping!
- Barn & bar area which can seat 80-100 people.
- Barn has electricity, lights, refrigerator & commercial sink with running hot & cold water.
- Barn also has 2 bathrooms, and one has a shower.
- 20′ by 40′ covered dance floor which can seat an additional 50 people.
- Fire pit.
- Parking for 150 cars.
Additional Events*
Each additional event* = $300
Additional gathering of more than 10 people on property during your stay (Rehersal dinner, ect.)
Rustic Furniture & Tent Rentals
Farm table (seats 8-10) = $40
Wooden bench (seats 4) = $12
Wooden chair = $4
White folding chair = $1.50
Wall entrance door = $275
Large white star tent (seats 120) = $500
Small black star tent (seats 80) = $350
What we provide...
- Garbage cans.
- Tiki torch frames.
- Electricity in barn & stage.
- Two full bathrooms in barn, one with shower.
- Kitchen in barn.
- Fire pit.
What you may need to bring...
- Garbage bags to put in cans.
- Gas torch inserts for Tiki frames (at Lowes).
- Extra lighting depending on preference.
- Firewood – call Bill (828)265-6485. He lives across the highway from the Farm.
- Extension cords for any additional lights.
Farm House Rental
Additional nights = $175 per night
OR $800 for 6 extra nights (special weekly rate)
* Please note: one night is already included in the event rental rate.
Vintage Camper Rentals
“Wilma” 1957 canned ham! Full sized bed, sleeps 2, has electricity, no linen included, no bath $175 for entire length of stay.
“The Silver Inn” 1963 airstream! Full sized bed, toilet, sink, A/C, sleeps 2 $275 for entire length of stay.
“Flash Gordon” – 1953 airstream! Twin sized air mattress, no linen
$125 for entire length of stay.
“Wilbur” – 1955 vintage truck! Delivered on site or remote location
$175 per event.
Camper Hookups
$50 per day with electric & water
$25 per day without hookups
Security Deposit
$200 (*refundable)
The security deposit is completely refundable if you abide by all rules stated on the wedding/event contract.*
